Workmunk is made by Munks LLC, the company behind the munks family of Shopify apps. This policy explains what data we handle, why we handle it, and what we never do with it.
If you join our notify list, we store the email address you give us and use it to send updates about Workmunk — launches and meaningful product news. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing help@munks.app, and we never sell the list or share it for marketing. That's the only personal data this website collects: no analytics trackers, no advertising cookies.
Workmunk hasn't launched yet. Until it does, the notify list above is the only data we collect. When the app ships, this policy will be updated to cover exactly what it does with merchant data.
Our application runs on Laravel Cloud in the United States. We share data only with the service providers that host and run the platform — application hosting, transactional email delivery, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on our pages (Google receives standard request data, like your IP address, when the fonts load). We don't sell personal data, we don't run ads, and we don't share data with anyone else.
Notify-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and API access tokens are encrypted at rest.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email help@munks.app and we'll take care of it.
Our websites and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
